The Steel Bridge in Portland is only 211 feet long. The upper deck has cars and the light rail. The lower deck carries the railroad and bikes/pedestrian traffic. It was built in 1912 and is the second-oldest vertical lift bridge in North America. It connects the Rose Quarter with Old Town/Chinatown:
It was cool walking over the bridge and seeing the city from a different angle.
