While at the Charles M. Schultz Museum, I went over to the Warm Puppy Cafe. The cafe is part of the Redwood Empire Ice Arena or Snoopy's Home Ice. Schultz built both in 1969. Everyday he would leave his studio and have lunch there:

Charles Schultz's table. He ate lunch at it almost everyday It is still reserved for him in the cafe |
The cafe serves mostly pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, soda, coffee, sandwiches and salad's. It is a nice place to relax:

One of the cool things is that Schultz would have the famous ice skaters who did shows there sign their name in the concrete outside the arena:
|
1956 Olympic Champion Tenley Albright |
|
1968 Olympic Champion Peggy Fleming |
|
1984 Olympic Champion Scott Hamilton |
|
1992 Olympic Kristi Yamaguchi |
And the food is wonderful:

My lunch: Chili Dog and fries -served Snoopy's Dog Dish |
The Warm Puppy Cafe is a wonderful place for young and young at heart:
Looks like a wonderful place to have lunch and enjoy the nostalgia of The Peanuts Gang. Mr. Schultz was a wise and amazing man!
